Based in Boulder, CO and spearheaded by lead welder Aaron Barchek, Mosaic Cycles are committed to modernizing and streamlining the custom bike process. As if offering fully custom geometry, lust-worthy welds, rider-specific butted tubesets, performance-tuned chassis and a catalog of custom finishes as thick as a phonebook weren't enough, they do so within industry-leading turnaround times. From fit to final build, you could be riding your own custom bike in as little as 12 weeks.

Mosaic offer a broad spectrum of bikes, from pure road bikes to hardtail mountain bikes to just about anything in between. Most of their bikes are constructed from oversized titanium tubes, except for the RS-1 which is built with custom-drawn Columbus Spirit HSS steel tubing. For those looking for a truly custom experience their top-tier models include made-to-measure design, individually butted main tubes and choice of paint or finish work. They also offer many of their models in a second tier featuring stock geometry and straight-gauge tubing with custom features and finish available a la carte.

Mosaic sister company Spectrum Paint & Powder Works adds the finishing touches that truly set Mosaic apart from their peers. Offering multi-color fades, various pearl and metallic flake effects, knockout etching to showcase the raw titanium and a variety of media blasted factory finishes, each Mosaic is a one-of-one production. Custom bikes are coveted for their unique balance of fit, performance and aesthetics and Mosaic delivers in each of these categories as well as anyone in the business.
